Katherleen.com General Item Return Policy - In most cases, items shipped from Katherleen.com can be returned within 30 days of receiving the item if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase items you received. Please contact us at email@example.com and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded.
Additional notes about returns
-Contact our customer services with the order ID, indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
-All returned items must be in the condition you received them, with all hang tags attached and in the original packaging.
-You will pay for return shipping. If you received an incorrect or damaged product, return shipping cost is refundable. If there are no quality problems, the return shipping cost is non-refundable.
-If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee for an exchange.
